Leaders are inundated with information and must quickly cut through the clutter to make decisions.  Their organizations are demanding that they show ROI for their meetings & events and thus are on the lookout for consultative allies to help them become more efficient & effective. With limited time & attention, their own ideas might even be their worst enemy.

Are you looking to be the “Go-To” Senior Planner?  Do you have the insights, skills & tools to ensure you are providing maximum value and building your reputation?  If you are not absolutely clear in how you add value to their events, their loyalty maybe short lived.

This program will provide the insight, skills & tools to dive into the mind of these busy leaders.  If you are ready to move beyond Logistics and learn a Strategic approach to how your services help them to achieve their business objectives and initiatives, this program is perfect for you.
